I suggest you tighten the main spring 1/2 thread more for modified engines but for stock, this clutch shaft is plug and play. You do want to grease the inner shaft before installing your ball bearing and again before the bucking bar. Also a thin layer of grease on the shaft bearing ends prior to install. You should apply a thin coat of locktite after install for the nuts and tighten to 15 ft lbs

Was as described would been perfect if the woodruff keyway slots where the right size for keys out of my old clutch shaft but they were smaller slots so now can't use until I find right keyways is what is but for the price u can't beat it

It doesn't come with woodruff keys so you will need to buy x2 - 2.5mmx3.7mm woodruff keys. You will also need to adjust the spring and tighten it so that a few threads on the furrel show. Best way to do it is to install the assembly, don't tighten your clutch cable yet, remove the clutch cable guide and you're going to stick a screwdriver down into the groove and roll the bike backwards so it tightens it. There are tutorials you can find online but if you don't do this you're probably going to have a slipping clutch as it's too loose.Good product otherwise

After being three days late installed it into my engine with new bearings and the shaft wasnt thick enough. Slide right out of the bearings. Unreal. Waste of time and money. Now i have to order from another place and wait weeks to ride.
