Absolutely useless even if you manage to hold anything securely (should be very tiny to maybe work) it is still useless because the slide and the casting are 2 separate pieces held together very poorly so when any pressure from either side horizontally it moves which renders it useless also you can’t hold anything in it because when you tighten the bolts to hold your work piece it keeps sliding down no matter what you do so you risk having your work piece flying out of it place

The angle part that holds the vice to the mounting plate was machined on the outside but not the inside where hold down plates go. It will take a few hours work to get it dressed to fit properly. The manufacturer could have done it in minutes.

We all know that some adjustments will be needed to run true.The middle t slot is useless as it sets in the middle of the chuck. The problem is, that is also the highest point it can cut. The unit cannot move downward only up about 2 inches, which leaves the top half unused besides a clamp or two coming half way across the slide, and about half an inch at best for a clamp on bottom. Not for parts bigger than a thumb.. Decent built, but lacking in design and squareness. About 2 ° off which is a lot as far as milling goes. Shims may be required.

Had to rework it and why put the scale the full length when it only travels halfway? Feel that I should have spent my money elsewhere on better product that works correctly
