These small Ricotta Mold baskets are the perfect size when making small batches of Ricotta Cheese. But they are great for more than just cheese. I use them for things like berries. Great for washing berries without crushing them or getting out a large colander. I use them when I am making Elderberry syrup. The slit in this basket is small enough that the small, dried elderberries do not drain through, but the syrup does drain quickly. Perfect for small items that need drained. And of course, perfect for cheese making also!

Works well in holding in and forming the cheese. It was smaller than I expected but did the job well.

Not worth the money, flimsy and I could find other things to use much cheaper like at stores that sell containers for hydroponic growing.
