I wanted to add a vesselview for my twin mercs and move the 2 existing SC1000 gauges to the back of the boat for engine information and troll control from the aft cockpit. I didn't want to add more junction boxes. I daisy-chained 2 pairs of these together to move them 12 feet away from the front help and they did exactly what I needed them to do without redoing the harnesses that came prerigged on the boat.
