Review May 2024. Absolutely perfect. I had to replace the remote for a Hunter fan. It stopped registering when I pressed the Low setting for the fan. I bought this replacement and it worked perfectly. All of the functions on the remote work properly. You just have to remember to adjust the dip switches.

Liked the fact that it connected easily with no issues. It works as it should and of course I found the remote after ordering this one. It good to have a spare because when ever the grandkids leave there’s always a hunt for the remote.

Worked perfectly with my fan after setting the switches appropriately.This remote does not support dimming so if you need that feature I'd recommend looking for something else.If your fan does not support reverse, do not press the reverse button, it will make your fan act funny and strain the motor, because the controller inside the fan is receiving the command and trying to perform the action, but it lacks the hardware to complete it.Be warned that the casing is a little fragile. It's not an issue for me because we keep it permanently in the mount bracket on the wall so it doesn't get lost, but I did drop it once and it immediately tried to come apart.

This remote model UC7083T should have dimming capabilities - like previous model. It is missing a dip switch to dim. What's odd is the instructions included with the product shows that it is supposed to dim. Incorrectly advertised. Sending it back.
