This remote will probably be perfect for most people, but after all kinds of efforts I can't get it to workthe tv volume function. I do have an older model Sony bravia.

This product functions don't work. Examples, power button, channel and volume buttons, plus the mute button. Tried resetting it 4times getting the same results. I returned it requesting a new one. I received the new one and still got the same identical issues. A waste of money😡
