This is Smash down this thing was not hooked to the Department of them with your own products you know this is your garbage and I can't even send it back cuz I'll lose my money I have to pay for shipping and handling so this is just pure garbage and I want you to know this I knew I should about Swiffer when you send something back you have to pay for shipping so you ain't helping me nothing

Nice mop but the handle its self is cheaply made. Had to wrap alot of tape around the handle its self to make it more useable

We had an older Swiffer mop that was breaking down, and I've used others where you have to poke the cleaning cloths through little rubber holes, so this mechanism feels much easier to use and I like that you don't have to worry as much about the size of the cloth, as long as it's big enough to be gripped at the edge of the mop head. The metal handle feels sturdy enough, and the plastic head feels OK...I don't expect it to last a lifetime though. It's nice that you can attach a cloth while on the floor and you don't have to touch it to release it into a garbage can.

Sencilla, ligera y práctica. A mi me viene genial para mi pequeño taller de manualidades, necesitaba tener algo práctico para limpiar rápido cualquier estropicio y con esta mopa he apañado muy bien, no ocupa nada de espacio y con los paños atrapa polvo que trae y las toallitas húmedas se puede recoger y limpiar muy bien casi que cualquier cosa, queda muy bien barrido el suelo con la atrapa polvo y con la toallita he limpiado salpicaduras de pintura de diferentes colores del suelo y genial, obviamente para una limpieza completa no son, pero para cosas puntuales perfecto. Además se pueden utilizar las toallitas húmedas para mopa de mercadona.El cabezal es al principio un poco aparatoso porque no cambia de posición de forma fluida, hay que ayudarle con la mano y creo que es lo mejor porque ese cabezal de unión donde rota la mopa es su punto débil, creo que si se fuerza a cambiar la posición sin sujetarlo o hacerlo con la mano acabaría rompiéndose en poco tiempo.Con lo cual considero que esto es para uso puntual, no diario en casa.

Not bad, but doesn't grab the pads easily. The wet pads it comes with are too thin to clean well, and the plastic ends up rubbing against the floor. It isn't as hand free as it says. It takes a bit of work to open the sides. I think this would have worked better with velcro at the bottom.

Premetto che finora l'ho utilizzata solo con panni cattura polvere a secco (tipo swiffer), avendo diversi animali domestici, e questa scopa si è rivelata migliore addirittura di quella originale dei diffusi panni cattura polvere elettrostatici suddetti: il sistema di bloccaggio dei panni è molto più veloce, pratico ed efficace delle fessure in cui incastrare i panni dei concorrenti, i cui fermi tendono fra l'altro a rompersi nel tempo.

This NEWE Sweeper Mop, a 2-in-1 Kit, was a bit of a puzzle when I first received it. I didn't realize how you turn the handle 90 degrees to open the "grabber" bars. It's pretty awesome! I don't know why Swiffer didn't figure this out, but I'm glad someone did! I honestly believe that all these types of mops should have this feature. It grabs the cleaning cloth or duster pad with ease. No more fiddling to push the pad into the little tabs and trying to wrap it around the mop head. You simply put the pad flat on the floor. This mop will grab it and won't let go until you release it. I give this mop two thumbs up!
