Build quality is good, however brushed nickel finish is not quiet right. It has too polished look to be brushed nickel. It looks closer to polished nickel than brushed.

Very nice weight and quality. Each piece came individually packaged in foam and a cloth bag. All connectors, allen keys, mollys included!

We built a new house and looked at dozens of bathroom hardware sets. Some were very expensive and not any better in quality than these. I got two sets of two for four bathrooms and was very pleased with all of them. I will say they come ridiculously packed like they are jewelry. In a sturdy box, with little fabric bags and covered in foam sheets. I don’t think it would be possible to receive a damaged item unless the mail man drives over the box. They all went up easily as any and we are very pleased with the quality. It would be nice to be able to buy more of just the robe hooks separately, but I have no complaints about these sets!!

Everything was a good quality of Metal. Durable. Hand Towel Racks wanted to hang side ways until I took the plastic caps off the ends. Not sure if they were suppose to be on or off. Still not sure.
