The holes in the pictured mount don’t line up. A 45 minute job took over three hours and I ended up only getting two of the three bolts into the mount. The rest of the motor mounts were OkayDon’t purchase this set. You will waist your time.

Aside from this product being no longer available just one week after purchase, Let's cut to the chase. the driver's side transmission mount was welded poorly and machined worse. It fit cockeyed and I had to drill out all the bolt holes just to make it fit less cockeyed. I really need to cut the top bracket and re-weld it. Further, this mount lacks the OEM counterweight. So rather than re-welding it, I will need to replaced with an OEM part when I get around to it.As a word of observation, the rearmost Honda Element motor mounts rarely go bad. They don't suffer heavy torquing like the frontmost motor mount and the driver's side transmission mount which generally disintegrates.

I have to drill the bolt hole on the front mount. They were off center and would not line up for nothing.
