Should be a zero but one is the lowest rating you can give. Tried two of these hoping that the first one wasn't out of box failure. Neither worked. While the connectors worked and they fit the front windows and mirrors would not be controlled by the units worked in my 2014 Cherokee. Not worth the money.

Looks right. Not good for 2014 jeep cherokee latitude. Fried my modulator. Now I'm paying $800 for the repair at a shop. I'm going to contact the seller now. Wish me luck.

Fit right in just plug it in replace the old switch for the window controls

Everything works good when I bought it EXCEPT the mirror switch’s didn’t work. But the lock/unlock, window buttons worked fine
