Very happy with this set!!! A little time-consuming to assemble due to some of the bolt placements and it is hard to get to BUT - WORTH IT! Couldn’t be happier! Cushions are great, fire pit works great, easy to clean, etc. If you’re on the fence - just do it! You won’t be disappointed!

I was very nervous about ordering an expensive patio set on line without being able to try it out first. Based on reviews, I decided to give it a chance and wow am I glad I did. Quality is amazing. Comfort exceeds expectations. Versatility makes this set far beyond what I ever expected. The fire table is stunning and provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere. If you are looking for an elegant yet reasonably priced patio set, don’t waste any more of your time. This is by far my favorite purchase on Amazon ever!!

Beautiful and comfortable, easy to put together even if a little time consuming!

I love the 2 sets we bought and the extra covers was an amazing addition. The only downside we have had is with the firewall. We have had to do several patches on the wicker corners. We had to order a replacement originally because the Tae was warped and the glass top didn't sit in all 4 corners. Company got us out a new one. Another big plus is the back height. Many of the instore sets we looked at had much shorter back rests. These are a bit higher and everyone loves to hang out on them. The dark blue cushion covers wicker away water well but are a bit scratchy. My son accidentally dropped a little candle wax on one and it melted a huge hole lightning fast. I would recommend being careful around any flames.

HOWEVER, I definitely felt compelled to write a review for my new patio furniture set.***I have had other outdoor furniture from other companies throughout the years, though this is the first time I purchased a set on Amazon. I was extremely skeptical looking for an outdoor set on here and this process literally took me hours of researching, but thanks to other reviews and their photos of their furniture it made my decision solid with choosing this set.Delivery Process:There was one hiccup which was on Amazon’s end due to them having my order marked in their system as delivered after only delivering 5 out of a 9 piece set. I went through Amazon's website to report missing items etc… However, in the packages with the assembly instructions the company has their contact information which I also reached out to them via email and explained my concerns. This was on a Sunday afternoon and I received a response from an awesome individual named ARIEL in their customer service department on Sunday night! She had all of my tracking numbers for each box shipped and provided me the dates on when the carrier would be dropping off the remainder of the packages. I definitely did not expect to receive a response to my concern by Nicesoul especially on a Sunday evening. That speaks volumes on their customer service. She apologized although there was no need to on her end as it was not their fault as to why Amazon marked their delivery status as complete. Not only did Ariel assist with my concerns she went above and beyond and followed-up with me once all of my packages were received.Assembly Process:The assembly was legit easy! Hands down!! It looks a bit overwhelming as soon as you open the first package for a chair as you will see a bunch of screws in 1 bag, however I honestly didn’t really need directions once I got the first 4 screws in and attached only 2 sides together. Once I assembled the first chair it was mad quick for the remainder of the chairs and tables. All of the hardware was there. They gave extra pieces of the material in case of wear and tear down the line. The fire pit literally took me less than 30 min to put together.Although, it is recommended to have 2 people assemble everything I was able to accomplish it all on my own. Yes, I am a woman and yes I do things like this all the time alone. Lol Honestly, though I genuinely think anyone can assemble on their own if they truly feel like it. I just mentioned that in case someone felt it was absolutely necessary to hire or need people for assembly purposes.Quality:The material and bases are solid and very sturdy. The furniture is heavy. The cushions are very comfortable. I have gotten endless compliments from whomever see’s my furniture via in person and pictures. My son and I were able to light the fire pit and watch a movie with no issues. The heat settings depends on your preference, but you can feel it. Outside that night was a bit chilly and we had 1 blanket and the fire pit on and my 7 yr old son (who hates being cold) fell asleep on the couch outside and when I woke him up he didn’t remember he was outside so I guess thats more kudos since he couldn't even tell if he was in the bed or not. LOL!!!It has already been through rain and blessed with lovely annoying pollen and it was nothing to wipe it down quick and sit and enjoy. Also, the fire pit DOES come with a cover!!!!!Overall Review:Apologies for the length, but I want to be able to assist with anyone else who is like me and researches for hours on end before they make a big purchase like this and let them know that they wouldn't be disappointed at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE MY PATIO FURNITURE!!!!!!!!Hands down I will be purchasing more furniture from Nicesoul!!!!Shoot out to Ariel!!! LOL
