I am giving this product a 3 star rating for presentation. I received my sliders in a somewhat discarded looking box that I could tell had already been opened, but this was confirmed once I pulled out the sliders. There was no protective film and the plastic side was very scratched up already. I could clearly tell someone sent this back and it was repackaged and sent to me as "New"!! The item itself works decently on the felt side so I decided to just keep it. But why sell a used item as new when its not is my issue.

Disks work just as described. I use them to supplement my at-home workout or great for taking along on RV trips because they are compact.

They slide perfectly on my hardwood floors when I'm doing plank work. I have never used them on carpet but you would just turn them over. I had gotten another brand out of a monthly subscription box that were hard to use and I was afraid were going to scratch my floor, so that's why I had to buy these. I'm so glad I found these as they were much better and I feel more stable on these.

They work okay, but sometimes get stuck on the carpet on which I use them. Good size.
