Installed this on My 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. Packaging was pretty much destroyed but I expected it due to how heavy the product was. Came sealed with foam surrounding it. Item looks great, nice new black paint and blue paint where the CV slides in and out. The grease fitting struggled to take grease at first but I eventually got it to take some. Used in place of my rear drive shaft due to me installing a SYE kit. No vibrations and the CV slips as it should. Very happy for the price and will buy again.

a mechanic 40 years fit and quality as good as 450.00 from parts store . most problems occur on new shafts from improper installation so be careful

Drive shaft is broken, absolutely will not extend and seems to be missing a boot clamp.Bought an American made product although it was 3 times the price it worked great, Better then this Chinese thing that arrived broken. You get what you pay for, will be returning this chunk of metal. If you want something that will work spend the extra money and buy quality American made stuff or Chinese stuff that has great reviews. This isn't one of them

Go spend the extra money and buy the Dorman. Looked good outta the box but was not even close to size specs needed for a good fit.

The rear CV joint is crap on this one. While driving on the highway on the second tank of gas since I installed this part less than 2 months ago the CV joint in the back failed. It felt like I was continuously driving over a rumble strip. I ended up pulling the part in a parking lot so I could drive home without 4wd. So basically I got less than 60 days out of this part... on a Jeep that I don't drive on a daily basis.

Had to take apart rubber flex boot and remove shafts from each other. Apply grease and put back together. Part vapor locked inside itself.
