I only got to try these on my daughter and had to return them. When pulled open the velcro came right off.

I ordered 2 pairs, size 9 and 10, for my three and for year old. Size 10 was perfect fit..the size 9 were 2 different sizes 25 and 26. I didn't realize this till we were out town and baby the girl complained about her foot hurting
