I dislike the low profile fuses, and the fuse box is poor quality.Also it's rated at only 20 amps.But it is very compact.I wouldn't buy this again, and I don't recommend it.

I have a 2009 GL1800. I ended up placing it under the seat towards the front. I didn't know you had to hook both red wires up to use it when you turn the key on. 1 goes to the battery, other goes to you accessory screw in the fuse box. It works great like that. You could just go straight battery, bur I'm a clutz and don't need to be killing my battery.

I mistakenly purchased this as a waterproof accessory wiring add on. It definitely isn't waterproof therefore limiting the usefulness on a motorcycle. That being said, it is well made enough and has 4 accessory wiring points with lighted leds to let you see that the fuse and the circuits are operational. I think I will fuse the main power circuit and use on a motorcycle anyhow. I purchase and test these products using my own money, there are no freebies in my world. Will edit later to attest to durability but I had it all wired up in a few minutes, so it is very simple to use.
