Love this coffee maker! It works exactly as advertised. I have brewed from pods and ground coffee, and there isn't any grounds in my coffee when it's brewed. Love the water reserve and the ease of changing between pods and ground coffee. My purchase was a refurbished model, which saved money but did not sacrifice quality.

This “renewed” coffee maker was like new. It works great and I received a complimentary 2 year extended warranty. How can I go wrong. I saved 40 dollars and got a warranty better than the manufacturer.

I would give this product 6+ stars if I could. Says refurbished but arrived looking like it's never even been used. The versatility is exactly what I need and it's so easy to switch between functions. I bought this to replace 3 other machines that all did separate things- regular brew pot, Verismo for pods, and another awesome Ninja for single serve without pods. Now I have it all in one space saving device!! Works like a dream too. Not a single issue with it yet. It's fast, it's hot, and and every cup is delicious and perfect. A bigger water reservoir would be nice, but no machine has a big enough one in my opinion lol Highly recommend this product! Great quality for a reasonable price

“Rizalyn"** was very helpful in finding a solution for me when a part was missing in our package. They responded quickly, which made me happy. I have always been skeptical about buying refurbished inventory, but I was desperate for a coffee maker that was good and cheap. I found one after looking and looking and it popped up on the last page before I was going to give up. Sorry I am a detail person.. So anyway I definitely recommend buying from them. When I ordered it on the 22nd it shipped the 23rd and I received it on the 25th. It was very nice to have it earlier than the expected day of delivery, which was the 29th.
