This Ninja has become a beloved member of our family. I don't know how we ever survived without it. An instruction manual of some sort would have been nice, but it's pretty easy to figure out. If only it would refill it's own water reservoir, because my teen daughter sure won't. I do love that it has so many options to choose from--whether you need to brew a full carafe, iced latte, or just want a single espresso shot--this thing has got you covered! The milk frother is a pretty sweet added bonus.

My ninja broke down so i ordered this one so i could have coffee…right!? Well it arrived FAST. It brews: Hot water but does NOT brew coffee. And it does not come with an instruction book so you have to download it from a scan square bar. That doesn’t work either. I am so frustrated and so upset. I have a long trip to make in the morning and wanted coffee ready to go. Now I not only have to get up earlier but i have to BUY coffee at a kiosk. I am so not happy at all. Last time i buy an “excellent refurbished” ANYTHING

I don’t have a very large kitchen, so storage and counter space is pretty limited.This coffee makes fits the bill for everything I need for hot drinks , cereals and soups.I love that it has separate water lines for Coffee or just hot or boiling water. It is slim in design , so doesn’t require a lot of counter space. I like that the water tank can be mounted either on the side or in the back of the unit. Also the frother is great for cappuccinos I also use the fritters for my hot chai tea. All in all this is a great product.I liked it so much I bought my brother one for when I visit his home.I highly recommend this coffe maker

Our first order came damaged the carafe was broken and scratched burner. We got a refurbished one just a few days later, everything came “undamaged”like new and works just fine. However did not come with instructions so googled how to care for it or figured out on our own how to use it which was actually pretty simple. Makes very good coffee and really like the hot water feature for tea, hot chocolate or instant oatmeal.

Todo parece estar bien. No la chequé, porque en la descripción dice: FILTRO DE METAL, y pensé que lo incluía, así que lo tuve que comprar a Amazón. Finalmente, NO MANDARON EL SEGURO del recipiente del agua, ignoro si afecta su funcionamiento. Cuando la use, daré mi opinión definitiva. La entrega, súper bién, me llegó al día siguiente de la compra. Embalaje deficiente, pero llegó bien.

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I love being able to froth the milk and the coffee tastes great. It's a refurbished unit and it is just like new. It would be better if I could set the amount of coffee in the carafe to less than 28 ounces, but the settings don't let me do that; and I can't keep the carafe warm if I want less than 28 ounces of coffee. If I put less than 28 ounces of water in the reservoir the coffee maker beeps and tells me to add more water. So I usually just make a mug of coffee, and if I need more I put in a new filter with another spoonful of ground coffee. I reheat the coffee mug in the microwave when it cools off too much. Coffee pods work well, but it is a little difficult to get the pod adapter to fit correctly into the brew basket location. I would give the overall rating 5 stars if there were more settings for the amount of coffee that you want to brew.

Tiene funciones muy buenas que me ayudaron a despejar mi espacio de cafeteras, como los pods y la funcion de dar agua caliente, pero lo malo es que cuando elijo agua caliente del dipensador hace un salpicadero de agua por todos lados, lo mismo pasa al usar los pods, el agua no sale controlada, sale a chorro y moja al rededor. Es bonita, pero las funciones adicionales no estan controladas.
