This does come in a semi gloss black plastic finish I will be paint matching , the lip does “clip/hug” onto the bumper pretty tight and doesn’t come with hardware but I would highly recommend using a 3m double sided adhesive as well as some type of hardware on the bottom connecting to the bumper overall great quality , packaging could use a touch up as the box was damaged and I was very lucky the lip was basically unscathed (small scratches) if I wasn’t painting this or if it was pre painted it would’ve been a disaster
