Love this gadget, I make a Slovenian sausage (Cevapcici) with ground meat… when I have to make a lot, this helps to “roll” them quickly! Press the meat in well, push it out of the gadget, and then roll lightly with your hands to hold together a little better. Washing the product is very easy.
