The fabric is thick, almost like stiff denim, but it's comfortable. The neck strap is adjustable. Overall, a good apron.

I got tired of ruining shirts with grease batter when I’m making dinner, so I decided to get an apron to have a handy to use accordingly. This fabric has a bit of a sheen to it, likely from the fibers that give it some of that splash resistance to provide that barrier to keep from soaking through to your clothing. It is working well, and I’ve had no issues with anything getting on my clothing since using. I’ve washed it multiple times and it has been retaining it shape very well without any wrinkling.Overall, this apron offers appearance and functionality that will work well in a restaurant setting or your home kitchen as I’m using it.

I think this was designed to be used more as part of a uniform for waitstaff but I picked it up mainly for the generous sized pockets in front and the longer apron ties. Fabric is cotton and polyester, nice durable feel.

I received this product for free through Amazon Vine in exchange for a thoughtful and honest review. With that said, we're talking about 5 aprons for $10.I work in professional kitchens, and these aprons have paid for themselves in two busy shifts. The neckline isn't too deep, the tie strings are long and easy to untie and the color is deeply black which lends a professional air to the product. Are there much higher quality aprons out there? Yes.Are they a few dollars per unit? No.Would buy again.

This is a nice, heavy (in a good way) apron. The material is water repellent, which is good for splattered sauce and the such. I do recommend cleaning up such splatters relatively quickly, as liquids will soak in given enough time. I also like this being black rather than the traditional white, as it helps hide potential stains. The pockets are nice to have, and the neck strap easily adjusts to allow a good fit for my height. I've yet to have any issue with the threading, though there were a couple of thread "tails" I needed to cut after removing from the packaging.

I chose this apron for three reasons. First, the neck and bib in the front. My other aprons have a single band that is either too tight with the bib under my chin or too long, causing it to droop. This apron is adjustable. Second, the length. Being on the shorter side, I dislike when aprons encumber my legs. The third reason is the three large pockets across the front. These provide not only easy access but also ample space for necessary utensils. The heavy-duty polyester and ease of washing make it a perfect choice for me.
