Purchased NMC SCTH-KIT Scaffold Tag Inspection Kit which was supposed to contain ten tag holders and 10 yellow tags and 10 green tags (see description and photo.) Received for the SECOND time SCTH10 - Scaffold Tag holder 10 pack (description on packing slip.) Returned and requested replacement (with issue noted) and get the same darn thing again. Get your descriptions and part numbers right people. And check why you are getting returns. If I had a phone number to call to complain, I would.
