Very happy with the results. It is well made and easy to install. The birds love it, and as an added bonus it's fun to watch them come into it to eat. It's easy to flip up the lid to replenish the seeds. It hasn't completely eliminated all mess, but I would say it's cut down on the scattered seeds by about 99%, which is pretty good! I'm using it for canaries, so small birds.

Well, after I figured out the setup which really did need instructions, I was able to add to my large parrot cage. I have one parakeet and he will not go inside. I'm sure others have better luck thank I have. It is very cute.

My 25 year old cockatiel just passed away, but he loved this feeder. He loved to just hang out inside it and look around the corner of the fridge and watch me cook. It was easy to install, seemed of good quality, and it was a good size. Worth the money for his happiness.

To clean a spill or another mess a bird can easily do, it has to be removed from a cage by every time unscrewing the plastic top. Otherwise, it will stay on the bottom under metal and gets moldy. Also, it’s hard to put the feeder together.

Our cockatiel was pooping in his food dish, so we ordered this. I wanted to find something that would be easy to remove and clean, and it needed to have a porcelain or metal dish to prevent bacteria. This was perfect. It’s very easy to figure out how to assemble it, though I’m sure included instructions in the package would be appreciated by some. It’s very easy to slide the tray out and clean things, and our bird is already using it. He’s now pooping in his water dish so we ordered another one lol.

We have a Quaker parrot and he immediately took to using his new feeder. It's just big enough for him, so it's not suitable for any larger bird species. The door design is clever in that is flips completely over to prevent your bird from escaping when you add new food, and the drawer removes completely for easy cleaning (you also have to flip the door to remove the drawer, so again your bird can't escape while you are cleaning). We chose the option with the yellow and orange bowl which has a rounded bottom so there are no corners for muck to hide in. Very happy with our purchase - hopefully reduced mess, and at the very least it will prevent our bird from flipping his food container which was becoming a problem.
