Its tragic that property owners need to use these in the first place. With todays sue happy individuals you have to minimize the liabilities created by people who think every improved surface even on private property is a place for their interests to be implemented. These are well made and we shall see how they handle the climate.

For the price you cannot beat it. The dimensions are stated clearly in the listing but it still seems smaller than I expected. I only need it on the property for liability anyway so it's fine as long as it's there.

A great sign that was very easy to hang. It did not come with the screws to hang it, but that would of been nice!
