Just got it. Haven’t used it yet. Comes with the handle off. Had to go by the online picture to figure out what to do with the little red silicone piece. ALL the instructions and whatever other papers that came with were in Chinese only! So if there’s something I need to know about it, I’m not gonna know since I don’t read or speak Chinese.However, chef of the house used the pan and it has his stamp of approval!

On my first use of the pan it gave off a weird smell, I could not use it for food so I washed it thoroughly.On my second attempt to use it, no smell, and was a true non-stick pan, meaning that even without oil butter or non-stick spray your food will not adhere to the pan.It looks sturdy so I don't see why it wouldn't last for a long time.

We just received our 11" square skillet. We're impressed.One question. Can the skillet be used in the oven; if so, what is the maximum temperature allowed, F/C?Yes, the only instructions are in Chinese. Still, I'd like to think that I'm smart enough to be able to use a phillip's screwdriverto attach the single screw provided. What if I ordered, say, a fork, with the instructions only in Chinese? "Care must be taken not to stab yourself in the eye ."
