I bought this roasting pan for our Thanksgiving dinner this year. To be honest, I was a little worried about whether the 15-inch size would be enough for a 20-pound turkey, but it turned out to be perfectly roomy and the rim was high enough to keep the gravy from spilling out. The best part is the V-shaped roasting rack design, which allows the turkey to rest on it and hot air to pass through the bottom, making the meat cook more evenly, with a crispy and fragrant skin and a very juicy inside! I also roasted sweet potatoes, carrots and onions on the bottom, which absorbed the gravy perfectly and tasted great.I was also very satisfied with the cleaning aspect. The non-stick surface is really non-stick. After roasting the turkey, I just need to wipe it lightly and throw it in the dishwasher. It is much less troublesome than my previous bulky cast iron pan. In short, if you want to make an amazing roast dinner during the holidays like me, this roasting pan is your right-hand man!

I desperately was in need of a new roasting pan, the kind that sat up off the bottom of the pan and this works beautifully.The v-shaped rack holds a full small turkey or chicken nicely with plenty of room to add some vegetables along the side and be able to catch the drippings in the bottom.The pan itself, however is a bit lightweight along with the handles. I wouldn't put a 20lb Thanksgiving turkey in here, I would be afraid the handles would give & not be able to support the weight of it.It's not so heavy it's hard to lift which is a great help especially if you have arthritic hands, are older or just can't lift a lot of weight.Overall for your average everyday dinners, roasts this is a great pan.Cleans up nicely.Cooling rack is an added bonus.Both racks are a heavier weighted stainless steel.I think at the price point of $49.99 with a 10% coupon (at time of posting this 05/06/25) that makes this a pretty fair price or I would like to see it even a little lower.

This is a nice roasting pan. Both the pans and the two racks are made of quality stainless steel that is neither flimsy or too heavy. One concern that I have is that the handles on my pan had a little give. Since the handles are riveted, there is no way for me to tighten them. I'm hoping this does not cause this pan to fail in the future. Other than this area, this is really a nice roasting pan that can be used to bake or broil a variety of meats.

As a person who focuses on a low-fat diet, I cook chicken breasts, fish, or vegetables in the oven almost every week, and this baking tray really helps me a lot. It is not only an ordinary baking tray, but also a complete set of cooking tools: with a V-shaped baking rack and a cooling rack, and all made of stainless steel, which fully meets my requirements for health and durability.What satisfies me most is the design of this V-shaped rack, which can raise the meat rack to prevent it from being directly soaked in grease, heating more evenly, and the meat is not greasy, and it is safe to eat. Usually, I will also put the cut carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers on the lower receiving tray to catch the dripping grease and roast the vegetables at the same time, so that the main dish and side dishes can be done at one time.The cooling rack can also be used, whether it is baking protein cookies or putting it on the top to dissipate heat after baking chicken wings, which is super convenient. This set of tools is really very practical and of solid quality. It is worth having for everyone who pays attention to healthy eating!

Fabulous stainless steel roaster! I love all the extras that make this roaster so versatile, stylish, easier to handle meats, a main or side dish. We do also roast a 14 lb turkey upright sometimes and instead of a can of beer I use water or apple juice. This will make it so much easier to handle the turkey for that type of roasting option. I'm very pleased with this roaster, it looks well made!

Great pan. Solid but still lightweight enough for me to securely carry it while loaded with a small turkey. I appreciate the two styles of racks.

Amazing quality roasting pan. I love the way the tray slants and collects all the juices at the bottom of the pan. It's the perfect storm. in a good way. The lift-off tray makes the chicken, turkey, roast, veggies, etc easier to handle and the pan serves as a drip tray collecting all of the yummy gravy.
