I have used this pan for lots of foods, not just crepes! It is almost like a flat griddle pan with a shallow edge so nothing will drip off. The finish on the pan is completely nonstick, even without using butter or oil. I have only been washing it by hand, so I can't say if it holds up well in the dishwasher.

I had been searching for a rack that I could put all my stuff on to free up space elsewhere. This one is perfect for the job! It is sturdy, in the fact that my older kids have yet to knock it over. The shelves are a great size for everything. I love the little holders that it comes with. They are perfect to store other random things. The height is great as well, easy to tuck into a corner. The only issue I had was building it and getting everything to line up, but I think that is more because I’m not the greatest and putting things together. The instructions were easy to follow for assembly. Make sure you line the holes up correctly so you can get the screws in. Once it is all put together it is cute. It seems pretty sturdy as well. The poles are metal. I definitely recommend this 100%.

This us a nice e heavy skillet. It has the honeycomb design. It does make good omelets. I've also made crepes on it. So far it's been goid for both of those uses but it can be used to fry anything . It does cook evenly. It has a nice long handle that doesn't get hot. I've been using it as a flat top. I'm very happy with it.

I already had a pan, so this one was just a backup, but it's my favorite pan now. Heats quickly and evenly, is truly non-stick, very easy to use with any utensil types (including stainless steel, which typically don't work with coated pans). It's quite large, actually, so pancake prep goes very quickly. Easy to clean (dishwasher safe), fun to use. Highly recommend.

This pan is rugged, well-made, and stunningly beautiful - almost too nice to use. Just hang it in your kitchen for looks, or put it to use cooking crepes, pancakes, and eggs. The finish is a stainless-steel grid embedded in an embossed non-stick coating. It is similar to one of the major name brands of cookware.I did find a couple of oddities, however. This pan arrives as sort of a kit, with some assembly required. The handle needs to be attached with bolts that are welded to the pan. A small wrench is supplied to do this. It also comes with two wooden sticks that need to be pressed together to make a spreading tool for batter. It takes substantial force to do this. And finally, it comes in a crude box that is not suitable for gifting.
