Existing reviews led me to believe my particular Norcold model had a bad thermistor ( Setting temp not tracking )Looked up OEM part # entered it into Amazon,s inventory search and found exact part. Replaced same and operation restored to normal with Refer temp tracking perfectly with setting. I did take a short cut by installing thermistor with 2ea inline wire (butt) connectors inside refer food compartment as opposed to removing unit for rather involved disassembly. Probably cut 5 hrs off repair and a lot of additional grief.
