Instead of making mini donuts, I use his product to make mini omelet bites. I stirred chopped up spinach and bacon in scrambled eggs. Put in microwave on high for one minute.

The recipe included with this pan tastes like real fried mini donuts, and only takes 60-90 seconds in a microwave. The biggest issue for me was getting the right amount of batter in the pan for the right size donut. But with a little practice, and use of a pastry bag to fill the rings it went better. My 6 year old granddaughter loved helping make donuts. So safe and easy. Will definitely try other flavored recipes with this donut maker.

Based on the pictures, I thought I was getting a typical metal baking tray but it’s more of a matte melamine finish which I didn’t take the time to read. My fault ! But nevertheless, it’s a very cute microwaveable donut pan that I absolutely LOVE !!

I loved this idea and my 4 year old can use the microwave, so I liked the idea of him being able to bake the donuts all by himself.However, I didn't find this worked very well. Mini donuts would bake in the regular oven in about 6 minutes. So you are saving a few minutes by doing these in the microwave but they didn't work for us. I followed the provided recipe exactly and they puffed up way too much so the holes were gone. Also, they didn't come out of the pan even though I greased it (I'm an experienced baker and know how to grease a donut pan). I think I'll stick to oven donuts. We'll use this as a play dough accessory.

The microwave doughnut pan is okay, just okay. The suggested recipe is sickening sweet and makes me want to return the pan. The recipe was disgusting. The shape comes out like 1/2 doughnut. It is not worth the time and effort.
