Works great for rehydrating when you are already dehydated. The flavor is good. The taste is sweet, and I am not a sweet fan, but does the trick.

I tried this after hearing it was better than Liquid IV for those struggling with POTS. But I tried multiple flavors and could not bring myself to drink it. A sickly sweet splenda taste to the drink and all the flavors ended up tasting the same to me.

It's a must for your medicine cabinet. You never know when you might need it and when you do, it can be a life saver. It's very easy to use, just follow the simple instruction and mix it with some water. The taste is not too bad for a an electrolyte drink. Definitely recommend this.
