I purchased this in August for a Christmas Gift. When my mom tried to use this in Jan, the lid would not snap shut on any of the 3. I contacted the Company and they wanted a picture. I set them one and they said it was too late for a return. Wasted time and money. I will no longer purchase any gifts for future giving.

The spout cover does not close securely, so you will have a big mess is you use this to shake a salad dressing or any other liquid. It does not close as it should.

Lid can only go on one way. Not sure why it was made this way. Hard to get lid to go on even when the lid is lined up with the cup.

I purchased these cups, to monitor my fluid intake. After about one week of use, the markings began to fade . I did not place them in dishwasher , just gently handwashed them . Very disappointed in quality of this product !
