It is so hard to find a rounded turner, but this shape is perfect for frying pans. The rectangular ones are difficult to maneuver. This one is perfect for making crepes, fried eggs, etc. It is a bit on the soft side but it does the job beautifully. I wish it came in other colors.

Edited on 12/30/17: I’m bumping my rating to 3 stars. This spatula stopped leaving black melted marks after a couple uses. I use it pretty regularly but I’m also too lazy to find a better one. It’s still flimsy but gets most light jobs done just fine (i.e. quesadillas).I purchased this spatula because of the "heat resistant" claim. Regrettably, it is no more heat resistant than my other "regular" spatula. This one melts and leaves plastic smears on a pan when flipping a pancake that's on a stove top set to medium heat. That is not what I wanted, and I feel like this product is being advertised as something it is not. It also feels insubstantial and flimsy. 1 star.

I waited a little while before writing the review. I have had spatulas start out great and after a few weeks they melt or break. I bought this at the same time as one from Kitchen Aid. When I looked at it in comparrison I though, gee this is really thin. Didn't look like it would hold up to my family cooking. I have been very pleased. It is thin but very durable. Super easy to clean. Dishwasher safe. I also purchased one from the same company that wasn't slotted. I am very happy with this product.

This spatula feels solid, yet light, in the hand. We have an old Norpro of the same model that has held up well and it has many years of use. The business is sturdy and will get the job; as other reviewers have pointed out, you may get a bit of melting at the when you first start using it, but that ends shortly and the spatula is fine. Nice feel to the handle - not too big and not too small.
