JUST SPRAY & GROW!
Our beginner-friendly, USDA-certified organic oyster mushroom countertop kits make growing your own mushrooms so easy. Just open the front of the box, cut an “X” into the plastic bag, spray with water 2-3 times a day, and watch them grow!
STARTING YOUR KIT
OPEN
Open the front of your kit along the perforated line. Look at that mycelium!
SLICE
Slice an 'X' into the plastic within the opening with a sharp knife or scissors.
SPRAY
Fill the included sprayer with water and spritz where you sliced your 'X' at least twice daily.
HARVEST
When the mushrooms are ready, pick the entire cluster off by hand. ENJOY!

We have always wanted to grow our own mushrooms but were intimidated by the amount of effort and care. We decided to try these kits and were very impressed by the amount we were able to grow! Will definitely be purchasing again!

I buy a different mushroom kit every year, and this one has far and away produced the most mushrooms. I bought it in December, and it is literally still going at the end of March. It's probably produced ten rounds of mushrooms. However, while that sounds awesome, these mushrooms are unfortunately incredibly bland and tasteless. They're unfortunately the worst pink oysters I've ever had, so I won't buy again.

This box grew 2 rounds of big beautiful pink oyster mushrooms. So impressed! Wasn’t brave enough to try eating it, but really loved watching it evolve. Twice!

You’ll need to ensure they’re in a clean environment, but I grew these & then sautéed them in butter to amaze my child & friends. Great kit. Make sure you hydrate well & often.

We've already gotten two harvests of these delicious pink oyster mushrooms since we purchased this last month! I've bought a very similar product from a different company years ago, but it stopped growing after the first harvest. So, I really appreciate this company's very detailed instructions, including troubleshooting info on how to continue to get harvests after the first, if it doesn't happen by itself for whatever reason. Also, they're delicious, especially in the air fryer!

Excellent customer service! I bought two North Spore spray and grow kits from Amazon. The Pink Oyster started growing mold so I emailed North Spore for advice. Within 12 hours they replied! Not only did they send an article about salvaging it, they sent a replacement kit. WOW! I got used to other businesses providing subpar service (even angrily saying its my fault and they can't do anything to help). How refreshing to work with a company like North Spore who remembers what good customer service entails. Its a throw back to the small mom & pop businesses that actually care about their customers & products. THANK YOU!! I know where I'll go for my future mushroom purchases.
