Fits as described. Stock noise levels. Came missing triangular gasket but had two of the gasket rings. So i had to go purchase the missing gasket.Another issue is that its a two piece system (OEM is one piece) so the exhaust clamp they provide rattles against the under carriage of the car making lots of awful noise. Gonna have to figure out how to deal with that. Kinda sucks.Overall it works, but really not that happy with it mainly because of the rattling.
