As other's have said, the item pictured isn't exactly item received. The one received is an OEM, not Balboa. The first one I received had a leak in the right temp insert. It was an easy replacement thanks to Amazon. The replacement one worked perfectly. Sure, I'd buy it again if it ever goes out.

I received the product quickly. Installed exactly as my older heater. Once connected, circuit breaker flipped on and it tripped off. I checked wiring and then set breaker again, and it tripped off. Disconnected heater and breaker set fine. I sent an email to the tech support email and did not hear back. My hot tub has been around for a bit, so I thought circuit board may be failing. Made a $300 purchase, installed new board and breaker still tripped. Disconnect power from heater and breaker set fine, all pumps etc came on. MOSKILA did not ever reply. I am returning the heater and buying from another dealer.

Fairly easy to install but make sure you do not over tighten the heater nuts. Use two wrenches as per the instructions. Spa was up and running within an hour. Had my spa for 12 years before the seals on the heater went. I decide it was easier to replace the the whole assembly then just the heater.
