Took about 1 leisurely hour to put it together. I was short some of the 5/16 bolts and nuts, but fortunately had spares in my junk box. Directions were OK, but bolt shortage caused me to have to re-assemble the chassis. Axel washers were not packaged with other hardware but strung over the wand.I have 40 acres of forest in the western Sierra and am working to make it healthier, removing ground and ladder fuels. I have used this sprayer for just about 6 hours now, dispersing six 30-gallon loads. It really puts the herbicide out there. The 2-head spray manifold is a bit flimsy but works well and stows nicely for storage, The swath is actually more like 9 ft. I was pulling it behind my Suburban, 4WD over modest terrain. The wheels are a bit small for the forest floor but fine for yard work, bushings rather than bearings, but with a grease Zerk. The wand is all plastic fittings, rather leaky, but works. The wand hose was somewhat short for my application. The pump seems pretty robust. I powered it independently with a 20 Amp-Hr LiFePO4 battery, which only had to be recharged about a 30 minutes during the 6 hrs.Plan to replace the wand with brass, add a wand hose extension, possibly retrofit with 16" tires (will require raising the tank), and pull it with a 4WD Quad (or maybe retrofit to mount to the quad rack.) Will provide a 6-month update.

I had an issue with a part that was broken, I assume, in transit. Left a message on Amazon and Farol called back within 2 hours and confirmed replacement part would be sent.Great little sprayer, good overall quality, although nozzles tend to drip. Easy to assemble, just take care to follow the correct model as there are two different models covered in the assembly instructions

I have a good size properly that I would treat with a regular pump sprayer, so I was debating between a backpack sprayer and a tow-behind. Ultimately, I need to treat about an acre of lawn as well as repetitive weed intrusion from the edges of the woods that border 3 sides of the property, so I felt a tow-behind was better.Assembly was easy and took about 30 mins. Instructions were pretty clear, however as others have pointed out, some steps were a little confusing since they use the same book for 3 models. You just need to pay attention to which model you have and which instructions apply. There were only on about 3 steps that might trip you up, but it could be clearer. It is nice they include torque specs for the bolts/screws. As others have mentioned, I did need to tighten up some of the hose clamps to prevent leaking. It's very sturdy - well made. I have the 31-gallon unit, and it's stable on hills as well. The booms work really well. They are spring loaded to "break away" if you hit something while towing it, and they collapse down for storage. There are also instructions on winterizing and breaking it down to store it from a wall peg. Very helpful.Spray coverage is quite good. It took a few passes to get used to speed so I get adequate coverage. I think I was running about mid-throttle for a good coverage. The downside is the handheld spray gun. It's terrible. It worked fine for a first pass with Roundup on woods edge weed intrusion, but a few days later I was doing a lawn weed spray and needed to hit some areas with the wand. It started leaking. Tightened it up, but it still leaks from the valve. It's junk. I already ordered a better replacement for about $28 here on Amazon. There are a few drawbacks to keep in mind. This is a tow-behind unit, which means you need to be able to get it to where you want to spray. Because of that, there are some places where it could be difficult to use. I have some areas I can't get the tractor into, so I need to use a regular hand-pump sprayer for those (wand won't reach). And driving the tractor with the wand in your hand is hard due to the hose - kind of like vacuuming while trying not to run over the cord. But, overall it was a huge time saver.I did the entire lawn in about 30 mins, and it would have taken 4-6 hours by hand with a backpack sprayer and I can't realistically reach much of the lawn with hose-based sprayers. This thing definitely made a big improvement. I plan to also spray for ticks and such, so this will easily get multiple uses per year.

This is my third powered sprayer, and my first broadcast sprayer. It came quickly and assemply was super simple. As far as these things are concerned, this unit seem pretty sturdy.I filled it up with water, add roundup concentrate, towed it behind my ATV for a half mile accross an uneven field. No problems. I went slow, but with so much weight, I thought I'd lose a wheel or something.I have it hooked up to a separate battery..a 12V 22Ah battery (). Fully charged the batter lasted then entire tank full. I was able to spray about one acre fairly heavily.Just some facts I didn't know about when I bought this:1. The spray booms folds in or out, but the width is not ajustable.2. The boom sprayers can rotate in or out, you you can direct your spray path. I think that I can get good coverage out to about 7ft.3. There's a shut off vavle to each side of the boom, so you can do a half width spray if you want.5. The hand wand can be used in conjunction with the boom. I turned the booms off when I wanted to use the wand aloneOverall, I like this unit. It's held up well so far, and I save at least 2 hourse spraying my field compared to my wand only sprayer that I used before.
