This are MAD comfortable. Like, I actually can't describe how comfortable these are and how excited I am to wear them on a real hike once the rainy season passes. I am almost tempted to wear these just out and about because of how cute they are!

I work on my feet all day and was hoping they would be comfortable but after 5 hours they really weren’t. The support around my ankle is great. It just didn’t do what I was hoping.

NortiV8 boots are absolutely comfortable and made with quality. They are great looking, well made, and keeps you higher up than the mud and rain. I have had issues with my feet hurting and very particular about what I can wear. I tried them on and thought I would wear them for the day for all my activities. I did housework, stairs, a 3 mile walk and yard work. My feet felt great. I ordered these for hiking boots but they are fast becoming all purpose for me. The sole is soft, my feet are cushioned, the toe box is roomy and my feet were warm but not hot.

These are super cute, not something I ever thought I’d say about hiking boots!I got the light purple and the color is a little bit lighter than in the photo. The top two lace slots, at the ankles, are loops that you have to feed the laces through instead of hooks. You can see this in the photo they provide, but it never occurred to me to look for that. In my over 40 years on this planet, they have always been hooks. It is a minor annoyance that I am sure I will get over.I was nervous ordering these due to having wide feet, but they fit just fine. On the other side, I can see this being a problem for people with narrow feet. They have a basic amount of support, not completely flat insoles but close. The sole is thick, I was surprised to have grown in height so quickly! The whole boot is very stiff, though. After wearing them for a few hours yesterday for a walk, my feet definitely hurt. When I put them on today to try them out again, they had loosened up a bit but were still pretty stiff and now a few hours later my feet hurt pretty bad again. I think I’ll try putting my own insoles in, but these just might be too stiff for me.I like to use my feet when I walk, not stomp around with no flexibility. I think they will break in more.Tried again after adding some aftermarket insoles and they were much nicer. At this price point, these are worth a try, especially if you like hard soles.

The first thing I noticed about these hiking boots is that they have a really thick sole, so there is plenty of protection between you and what ever you are walking on. These are great for hiking or for spending a lot of time on concrete. The grip on the soles is really good and are designed to perform well on rough or muddy terrain. This is especially important if you are walking up or down an incline in wet or muddy conditions.Even though these shoes are really comfortable, I do have one gripe with them. They are difficult to get on an off because the top 2 lace hooks are closed instead of open. This makes them much harder to get on and off than would otherwise be necessary. I might not have gotten them if I had noticed this from the pictures before I ordered them. Other than this, I really like them.

These hiking boots are awesome. Wow. I gave them a test run over the weekend when it was a little wet outside and didn't have any issues with water penetration whatsoever. They grip on the soles was a lifesaver on some slick foliage. They're comfortable and fit well with hiking socks. Don't forget the hiking socks. These are replacing a well-loved pair from another more expensive brand and I feel as though these are just as good, if not better.
I review therefore I am!!

These Norton mid hiking shoes are perfect for stability and comfortable walking and trekking. The soles are sturdy and have a good grip for walking in any environment. The shoe comes right above the ankle to support the foot in especially strenuous walking situations. As a result, the laces have the option to be laced up to the ankle for stronger support. Instead of limiting movement, the hightop shoes encourage it and are strong but flexible for any scenario. While made for hiking, they could be worn for everyday situations and will provide support for those on their feet all day. Additionally, the thick sole on the shoes offers a half-inch boost to your height while providing comfort and stability. They soles have good amount of grooves. While not vibram quality they look great for the price

I've never heard of the Nortiv brand but I'm really impressed with these hiking boots. Not only are they incredibly functional but they also look fantastic. I ordered the khaki colored pair and the color combination with the grey accent looks even better in person. These look modern, sleek with just the right pop of color that's subtle without being too flashy.Design wise these boots are lightweight and sporty - definitely doesn’t feel bulky like some other hiking boots. I love that they pair just as well with hiking gear as they do with regular jeans and casual wear. The stitching and overall construction give these a premium look and makes them feel more expensive than they are.Functionally, these boots have great arch support and the waterproofing is especially great for keeping your feet dry on hikes near water or even light rain. The best part about these shoes are the solid grips on the soles - definitely gives me more confidence when hiking on uneven, rocky terrain compared to my Adidas tennis shoes.Very happy with this purchase and highly recommended!
