1. Cheekbone Width: Measure from the outer corner of one eye to the other
2. Nose Bridge: Measure from between your eyes to the tip. (Most adults: 5-6 cm/2-2.4 in)

kinda hard to fit under a football helmet. other than that it is sturdier than the cheaper ones . looks nicer , too. not sure about the value. they all do their job
