The uncharred area of the test specimen must be greater than 1 inch to pass. - 3. 6 inches. All testing of NoTrax floor matting has been performed by an independent testing laboratory. I wouldn’t have normally chosen dark blue but I got a ridiculously good deal on a 4x6 (twenty-three dollars) and I needed a new entry rug so I jumped on it.It’s exactly what I wanted - rubber backed with a top that’s soft enough for my 8 month old to crawl on but sturdy enough to catch the debris that’s brought in by the other 7 kids and the dog. And without deep grooves that make it impossible to vacuum clean! It slips a little bit but only when the 55# dog goes berserk and tears across it. I may tape it down at the corners if that keeps up!My one complaint is that the blue color shows EVERY bit of dirt, leaf, dog hair (she’s a mostly white hound), people hair, paper scrap, lint, crumb, etc. There is no amount of vacuuming that will keep it looking clean for more than 10 min in my busy house.So if you’re paying full price, go with gray. It will likely hide the debris better than solid blue or black. Other than the color I absolutely and completely recommend this rug!!

Mat is high quality, dense weave that works very well in entry way. Color exactly as pictured. Easily cleaned and vacuumed.

Had similar entrance mats(cannot recall brand) for an enclosed back porch for years and decided to replace. Purchased mats for the 3 doorways that the porch has. The quality of the mats is very good, have had them in place now for 3-4 weeks. Purchased a brown color, the color of the mat is a bit darker than what is shown as an example online, but not a deal breaker. The mat itself has a nice pile and vacuums well; cat hair comes off as well as whatever else is on the mat. The pile, made of Decalon, is nice to walk on or lay on from the way the cat uses it. The vinyl part of the mat is not as "firm" as previous mats; they have a bit of a wrinkle (wave) to them, do not lay 100% flat on the tile floor. All in all, we are pleased with the purchase and at this time would buy again. Would give 4.5 stars if possible.

The rug is a huge disappointment. I can't imagine it being used in a high traffic area considering the way it is NOT holding up in our home. We've had it appr. a month and a half and it's already matting (pile going flat). It's primarily being walked on by two seniors and a small dog. I've had $15 rugs from TJ Maxx that have held up better. One of the features this rug has that I was looking forward to is the rubber backing and edging. It stays in place but no matter what I've tried I can't get the edges to lay perfectly flat. A minor point but it bugs me. All in all, I can't say much for the quality and I wish I had selected a different rug. Come the spring, I'll move it to the back porch. The dog will love it!

Entrance mat dark brown size 4' X 8', using mat in laundry room, in front for washer and dryer as well as back door entrance, high traffic area. Exactly what I was looking for, no grooves, vacuums up easily. Would not hesitate to roll up mat and shampoo on patio if required. Does not leave footprints only downside is dark brown color, lint shows up. Just vacuum threads, backyard grass cutting clean up quite easy, very pleased with the size, weight and quality of this mat. No problems with edges curling, the mat was delivered flat the box was not stood up on end which may cause curling on some rugs.

Good size for getting grit and grime off of shoes to help protect new flooring (luxury vinyl tile - has same "suggestions" for minimizing scratches by getting shoes cleaned off, or going in stocking feet or slippers. Good quality.

Low pile, very nice product. I put it in an unfinished concrete floored basement, it makes the space look a little nicer. I purchased a red one and vacuum over it regularly with out any issues (I thought it would be so light that the vacuum would pull it into it's suction and I would have to hold it down, it does not do that).

Great price for an excellent mat!! Easy to clean! Does a great job with stopping dirty shoes no trax into my office. I absolutely love this mat since its lightweight easy to clean and looks great. I purchased LLBean weatherhog mats and I returned them a few months later since they were heavy and so very difficult to clean. I highly recommend this mat to all if you want something practical, functional and economical these are the best. You will not regret your purchase.
