In order to get the pieces lined up properly, you've really got to use some brute force. After assembling four chairs today over the course of almost 3 hours, my fingertips are so inflamed from forcing the screws with the allan wrench. some of the wicker also had snapped in shipping so they came uncoiled around the legs. They're cheap chairs, sure, but I've assembled cheap furniture before of better quality and of greater ease...Would not buy again...

One of the four chairs we ordered came unraveled within 3 days. We asked Amazon what to do with the defective merchandise. It has been 5 weeks, and we still haven’t gotten a reply.

These are good looking good quality chairs for the price. They are a little tough to put together. Took me about 45 minutes for the first one but only about an hour for the other 3. Just look at the pictures and don't tighten any screws until you have it all together. The seats are the hardest part. They barely line up. Takes a little strength to get the screws in. But all in all am very satisfied.

Chairs arrived damaged, the bamboo on the legs were unravelled, easy enough to fix with clear tape, For $120 I shouldn't of had to tape them right out of the box. Package of screws and washers were already torn open and many of the screws and washers were missing. Once together they are sturdy and very comfortable.
