I bought it because it said Medium Plush and it was affordable. However, after giving this a try for multiple months, it is literally the worst most uncomfortable mattress I've ever owned. I've never asked to return a mattress in my life either. But unfortunately I'm a couple days too late to file for one. I've rotated, flipped and have tried it for multiple months. I have not had a good night sleep since I bought it. My hips hurt, my back hurts, and I do not sleep well at all. I've never had an experience like this - ever.

Comfortable for the price I thought it wasn’t going to be to soft but it definitely was way to soft I feel myself sinking in and it feels like I’m slanted down into the mattress good thing it did inflate to the 12in just not enough body support for me

I have been in need of a new comfortable mattress for the past few years and have been holding out on making the purchase thinking I would need to spend 1K or more. Oh was I very wrong! I wish I would’ve came to Amazon for this mattress a long time ago! This mattress is perfect and inflated in 1 days time after opening! I’ve already used it for over 6 months and have turned it around once (as per the recommendation) and it’s still good as new! I am only using the mattress and no box spring is needed with the bed frame I have. The height is perfect and it’s genuinely very comfortable. I even recommended this mattress to my mom so she can upgrade to a king size for a really good price! If you were thinking about trying this mattress, PLEASE DO!

This mattress is soft without sinking into it, and firm enough to give you great support. Very durable, the foam doesn’t shed as it’s encased. Air it out FIRST!!! It smelled like the plastic wrapping at first. Supper easy to set up, just take it out of plastic and set it on your frame. Let it sit for 24-48 hours.

I waited a little over a month to review this mattress to be sure it's really that good. And.....yes it is.I poured over reviews of every mattress here and other places hoping to find the best one at a good price. I'm so glad I chose this Novella queen mattress. It's somewhat firm which is what I wanted because my previous bed put me in a sink hole I could hardly get out of. This doesn't so far. I did put on a VERY thin foam topper mostly to protect the bed and for the very slight lumpiness of the mattress.. I will say you don't have a lot of support sitting on the edge, but that's not important to me.Finally a good night's sleep.

We were looking for good affordable mattress from last few months and one of our friends recommend us this mattress. We are glad that we gave it a try. We have been sleeping so well since we started sleeping on it. It only took about few hours for it to fully expand.It is not very soft and not very firm and does provide good support. With my last matress i used to wake up so tired in the morning but i am well rested and ready to go in the morning. This product is totally worth for the price. In the past i have used some of the expensive mattress and didn't have very good experience.Mattress was well packed as well.I didnt take much time to arrive to my home as well. OVerall it has been a great experience. I would surely recommend this prodcut to anyone
