This will only hold a couple of albums. I was wanting to put a few in at a time. The railing isn't high enough and the base not heavy enough to do that.

A small piece of wood, four holes, and two bent metal bars. Materials aren't going to blow you away, but matches expectations for the images and the price. Purchased to hold the record I am currently playing. Thinking about a second to hold a few 7" records.

After checking out the offerings on Amazon for "Now Playing" vinyl record holders, I picked this one because it appeared well-made, simple, yet elegant and unobtrusive. I don't like the holders that flash "Now Playing," I just wanted something quality to showcase the current record and this one hits the mark. It is made of quality wood and metal components and does exactly what it is supposed to do - hold my album cover as the record is playing. It's not flashy - most things that are quality are not - but it is beautiful and a nice addition to my stereo room! Highly recommended!

This is perfect if you want to display a single record. You might be able to fit a small handful but that’s about it. Well made item!

Overall nice, compact and holds just a few records on a table near your record player where space might be limited.PROS- very simple, minimal, modern- very easy to assemble- surprisingly compact, holds 1-20 records, loose records- nice wood finish, decent walnut color- simple thick sturdy black bars when fully pushed into holes- tall bar will not mar, damage or dent record covers than lean on it- records elevated from table surface- suprisingly small packaging, fit in mailboxCONS- tough to disassemble- might not be real wood or just veneer over particle board- can only lean records on tall wire support, short only prevent records from sliding while leaning- wish it came in all black
