A nozzle needs to deliver shielding gas right where it needs to be. I had lots of trouble with the weld, and just scrapped these. The tolerances need to be closer to the OEM part.

While these nozzles are not as good as the name brand option they work for a time and are a fair amount cheaper. The issue is that spatter collects inside the nozzle more that the miller ones and fuses to the walls.

The large auto body repair chain i work for is too cheap to maintain their own equipment so I was looking for a cheap way to outfit a few of us body techs with new nozzles and not pay a fortune. These fit our Miller and work great. Will buy again.
