Just got it and assembled in 10 min.Gently remove the rubber end caps. Yeah. I used a chiesel and rubber mallet to get them off.Inserted and adjusted the leg extensions. I wish they were quickly adjustable without a tool, since my work area heights vary.But — no complaints. Looks all fine, simple black paint, press board top.Comfortable and easy to move around on. Footrest height works for my legs.👍

The stool is sturdy, good looking and has been very useful. Great choice.It doesn't come with a cushion, so sitting after awhile gets uncomfortable. But my job has me up and moving alit so that isn't much of an issue.

A little hard to put together. Am using it at kitchen counter. Added a pad and is pretty comfortable!

I needed something for the garage that was simple yet sturdy. Since I've only had the stool a few days I can't speak to the longevity but so far I'm very happy with its function. But we had stools just like this at work and they stood up fine in a machine shop environment. My stool arrived as a standard 24" model with rubber feet attached and the extendable legs and securing screws were in separate bags in the box. This is fine since currently I only need the 24" height. I just need to remember where I put the extendable legs when I do need to raise the height. Packaging was good and the stool arrived in perfect condition. If you are going to be sitting on it for extended periods you might want to consider the padded models for better comfort.

This is perfect for my needs for sitting at my workbench. Once I adjusted the legs to the height I needed I don't need to go up and down. This is just perfect. has no seat cushion to rip and is comfortable enough for me.

Buyer beware! This product has a plastic piece sandwiched between 2 metal pieces on each foot. It broke off for me after the second day of use. Luckily, I was able to snap the metal cap back on the plastic/nylon, but it makes me question whether or not the stool will hold up for future use. I wonder if this stool would even hold up to a real public setting like their name says.It's fairly well made in all other areas that I can see, but the fact that a piece even broke off after the second day and is made of plastic or nylon, goes to show that this product isn't as durable as they want you to believe.One note is that I do like the option of the black color, I just wish they didn't cut corners and just charged 5 or 10 dollars more for better parts, like an all metal component. Then it would be top notch.This product is made in China, and there is a more durable, heavyweight stool out there used for restaurants and is made in the U.S. by a company called Budget Bar Stools. I will consider them for my next purchase.I would not recommend this stool made my National Public Seating to anyone for the reason listed above. It feels like a good seat otherwise.
