These are nice and sturdy. I bought these to replace the hanging portion on my bird feeder. They would have worked great if it wasn't a racoon going after my feeder.

Bought these to use with the Hot Air Balloon Wind Spinners that I purchased. The hook on the spinners do not spin, so I added one of these hooks, and it works well. The spinners now spin in the wind.

I bought these to extend my shower curtain. Really needed an extra long curtain but didn't want to replace the one I had. These little spinner hooks gave me an extra 4 inches of length. I put one end on the curtain and the other on the curtain hook. Voila. Longer curtain and it looks great. (I used 2 sets because the curtain hooks I have are double, one set for liner and one for the curtain.)

I liked the fact that these clips are robust and strong. They are much more appropriate for heavy metal wind spinners than the wimpy counterparts usually found with those products. The size of the swivel is also a bonus with larger spinners and so far have held up to sudden strong winds.However, they are so stiff it requires a tool to open the clip, otherwise your fingers are in jeopardy.
