"Renewed" but outside it looks brand new and works great!This was to replace an old unit of the same model that I had to replace after 2 years. It was nothing mechanical, but somehow the blade cap was unscrewed during use, and jammed, making it impossible to twist and remove. And it started leaking smoothie into the internals when I tried to remove it. (Pic is of old one)Still a great product though and hope this one fares better!

The machine works fine. It was a little dirty when I got it. I think it was priced similar to new so I wish I would have read that part. Live and learn. Regardless we use often

I use this product to make protein shakes with crushed ice. It blends them very well. I am sure I will be using it for more things as time goes on.

Doesn’t mix as well as “bullets” with a pause action during a timed cycle. Not a fan of not having a switch. Works ok & is well made.

When my old one died it was about 7 yrs old snd very well used! When I do this blue one, renewed, I had to have it! I have a vitamix but sometimes I just need quick and easy on my counter!
