I love this honey jar! I buy local honey in a 46 ounce jar and I needed something that it was easier to get honey out of. This jar holds 15 ounces and has the honey dipper stick in it. Makes it so much easier to get to the honey! The jar is sturdy, and it has an airtight seal.

I love the details on this glass honey jar and the appearance of the wooden lid and dipper. It looks great on our countertop and is far preferable to the plastic bottle that was cluttering our space. The lid is airtight so you don't have to worry about accidental spills. There are some design issues, namely, that we can't get the honey from the jar to our bowls or dishes without dribbling or drizzling it alongside the glass jar, the countertop, or everywhere other than where it's intended to go. If you allow it to drip off as the instructions show, there's nothing left on the wand to put in your tea or oatmeal, or whatever other intended use you may have. In order to prevent spills, I have to go little by little, which just gets frustrating and has me missing my old plastic squeeze bottle. Time will tell if aesthetics win out over functionality and cleanliness. It looks great but it's kind of a pain to use and definitely requires both hands to open and close, and operate the wand while holding the jar steady.

Airtight, which is the most important factor. This looks great on the counter too! The hive-shaped, wooden dipper allows an adequate amount of honey and also allows the honey to twirl to a stop so that drips don’t occur. The wood will need oiled as time goes on, as it isn’t completely sealed. I like that it’s microwaveable in the even honey crystals form. This 15oz jar is plenty big for the whole family.
