I received detailed instructions on how to screw the track to the ceiling. Really??No instructions for how to attach the track heads to the track. Here's where detailed instructions are really needed.One reviewer talked about "having to hold the slip collar back before you place the head in the slot."Evidently he had some instructions but not detailed enough to permit successful installation without a lot of experimentation. My track heads don't light up so I will take a shot at figuring out what is a slip collar and how you manipulate it.

The tech told me this would work with the track I had but it did not. Apparently the tech didn't know what they were talking about Product was fine but did not work for the track I had

We tried to replace a 70s tracklighting system but not having much luck with Nuvo system. The instructions on the back of the package is lacking.
