I ordered the silver snaps set. It came with two hundred sets of metal snaps, and a very sturdy, great quality tool to attach the metal snaps with. The snap parts stay in place in the tool, which makes placement VERY EASY! I also like how I don't need to use an awl to poke a hole before I place the snaps; the snaps and the tool do all the work for me! The tool is so easy to use. It may seem like you need a lot of force to attach the snaps with this tool, but a lot of force is not necessary! Again, the tool does most of the work! I kept pressing real hard to attach snaps, but the tool would not close or squeeze anymore. That is how I realized I did not need to use a lot of force with this tool. This tool works so much better than my current tool for metal snaps! The white plastic pieces do come off of the tool if pulled hard enough, and can sometimes come off with the snap. This will happen even though the snap is placed on correctly. This is not a big deal. Just put the white plastic pieces back onto the tool. I use these metal snaps for smaller sized cloth pads and liners that I donate. They work perfect for my needs. The price for the tool and the snaps is a great price! The tool is durable and will continue to last even after the 200 sets of snaps are used up! I DEFINITELY recommend this tool and snaps!

This snaps kit is nice. It is easy to use and the snaps parts actually stay in the tool so it is easier to mate them up where you want them perfectly. My only complaint is that it can take some hand strength to get the snap completely seated with the tool. It would prob be easier if it was a table top tool that you could just press down on rather than have to squeeze with your hand.

Pliers won't hold on to snap pieces, soft silicone "grips" that are supposed to hold snaps were dirty upon arrival. When you do get a snap piece to hold, it's under the silicone and gets clamped in to the snap. Also many of the snap stud pieces were damaged on the back to the point that they couldn't be used. Waste of money.
