In my opinion these are the best lightweight knee and elbow guards there are, they are very comfortable, form fitting, lightweight and quality but there are cons to the pros, they’re light so they’re not the strongest, but they’re durable enough to take impacts and leave you with less damage than anticipated. They will protect against gravel, rocks, etc. and some minor road rash on regular peddle bikes and maybe some e bikes but anything more powerful and I would recommend something thicker. I commute on a mtb daily and these are perfect for me
