Normally I would ask for replacement or money back. The floral oasis was not cut even and when got wet it fall apart, I had to buy extra oasis blocks to repair the fallen pieces. My Dad funeral was 2 days after the delivery I didn’t have time to do an exchange or complain. But I’m Very unhappy with this item.
